The so-called chiropractors employed here are among the least friendly, least helpful people I've ever encountered in a practice. They did not take the time to understand my complaints, nor did they offer any advice on how to help myself after/in-between visits. "Put your stuff down and lay on the table." Less than 3 minutes later..."see you Thursday." No greeting, no nothing. Don't waste your time at The Joint...seek out real chiropractic help somewhere else.
I cancelled my membership because I wasn't getting better. I went to another chiropractor who confirmed my thought that the problem was not my si joint but my L5 vert. My si joint wasn't staying because it wasn't the problem. He also found the left side of my pelvis was rotated forward. I wasted time and money at the joint.
I had severe neck and lower back pain when I started coming in December of 2017. I noticed immediate improvement after my first consultation/adjustment. The Joint is convenient and affordable. All of the chiropractors I’ve experienced have been very attentive and professional.
The prices are very reasonable, especially for extra visits outside of the monthly package. I really like that membership is nationwide- it’s so convenient to be able to go to any location, even when I’m just across town running errands!
I had been a chiropractic patient for 25 years and stopped three years ago because I couldn't find a chiropractor I liked and could afford. The Joint's packages have made it affordable and the care is excellent. Three weeks in and I am feeling a dramatic difference in mobility, reduction in pain, and increase in the ease of participating in my favorite sports (horseback riding and running). Highly recommend!
I have always been hesitant to visit a Chiropractor, but after a recent injury and constant back pain I decided to give it a shot. The prices/packages are hard to beat and the convenience is exceptional. I do prefer a little more interaction and attention from doctors that are doing something so critical, but for the most part they provide straight facts and it suffices. The staff here is awesome. Both chiropractors are very thorough and have helped me out so many times! Highly recommended getting a membership.
