Front desk is not helpful at all. I was told I could cancel and did so, yet got charged for September then told too bad and got hung up on when I called to question it. When I cancelled last month, nobody (the receptionist or chiropractor) told me it would be an issue to have cancelled for September, yet apparently now I’m told I cancelled a few days too late with no help whatsoever. I like it. Some chiropractors are quicker than others, but most seem to care and all are pretty nice. I have no complaints about the chiropractors, but the administrative staff I have a problem. They keep charging even if you don't use and to cancel is a bit of a hassle. Read the contact, if not, you'll get stuck paying more than you expected. Dr. Levy is awesome! She has really helped me with adjustments while being pregnant. I highly suggest Dr Levy and her staff as they are compassionate about what they do.
Dr. Levy is amazing. If your pregnant go see her and even if your not go see her. She has done an amazing job for me and I feel much better since going to see her in March.
Another quick visit to feel human again after a long work week! Magic hands at this place!!!!
I joined the Fort Mill location on 3/23. In my 4 visits only Dr. Ric has been able to adjust me. I joined based on the fact that he would be in the Fort Mill location on Saturdays. Upon returning from my vacation and going in on Saturday 4/7 there's a note on the door that Dr. Ric will only be in Rock Hill from now on. I'm very disappointed as I can not have a membership that far away as a FT working person and Mom of 3. However, Dr. Ric did his best to accommodate me after his move to Rock Hill.
