I wish I had seen these negative comments before I entered into a membership with this company. I asked to cancel my membership, never was I told to fill out a cancel form. Thought everything was taken care of until I was charged again. Now they refuse to refund my money. I feel like I’m being blamed for not remembering/ memorizing that it says that on the contract. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

RecommendedI 100% recommend The Joint Fort Mill. From the front desk patient coordinators being so friendly and personable to the Drs being so attentive and thorough, you just cannot go wrong with The Joint Fort Mill. They have great plans that fit how often you need/want adjustments. The hours are so convenient and open on the weekends too?! YES PLEASE!!! 10/10 highly recommend. I’ve been a patient for years now and will never go to another chiropractor again. Dr Levy and her staff are the best!!!!
they blew through chiropractors like a rash and it's hard to get out of contracts when they have chiropractors leave so I'll choose to do my business elsewhere. not to mention the fact that keep going up on their prices
I made two visits in 2018. Called to be cancelled out of contract and was told that I could not do so over the phone. After checking credit card account today I discovered that they made two charges this month. Went to office and spoke to a want to be smug receptionist who said that I could not be refunded and must sign a cancellation sheet. That by the way, can be done by email now. Really? Big shout out to the team over here! They are amazing. We all go! My husband hates having his neck adjusted but trust Dr. Henson to make the adjustment and feels amazing after. Hands of gold!!!!!!

went in with Severe lower back pain, I've had it for ages. my first exam and treatment I felt so much less pain.
OMG I felt so much relief after my adjustment. He did a number on my neck.. (Snap crackle and pop) 😁 Full body adjustment was a good experience. I will definitely be returning..
