Awful customer service with both the front desk and doctor. I had a 12:30 appointment, and my husband had a 1pm. I did my paperwork in 5 mins, and they took multiple walk ins while I waited. The front desk waited half an hour to bring my paperwork back, after me asking if I would be done by 1:45 when I got there, which she also couldn’t really answer except that appts take 30-45 mins including paperwork. Awesome adjustment, I tweaked my neck and Dr. Cory Bunning did a fantastic job setting me straight. Britney at the front alsp did a fantastic job getting me set up for my first visit. Thank you! Feeling much better
Everything was good. I had a very good experience with the doctor Aspen, and I really like her and her care. The only issue I had was with the front desk staff during payment. I initially provided my Apple Card, but it was not accepted and I was told a physical card was required. When I gave my physical card, the staff member wrote down the full card number and my personal information, which made me uncomfortable due to security and privacy concerns. Other than this concern, my experience with the doctor was very positive.
