Didn't listen too me at all wouldn't respect me when I said I didn't want them popping every spot on my back and neck I only wanted one spot popped back into place and it's the only spot that didn't get adjusted I ended up leaving in more pain then when I went, it didn't seem like they cared at all what my issue was or even where it was that i was having pain the majority of the appointment was spent trying to pressure me into coming back for multiple sessions on some type of subscription plan.
Ok, so on Saturday, September 13th I went to the Joint at Norterra and arrived at 1:16pm. I walk up to the door and its locked. Whoever the chunky hispanic front desk guy is unlocked the door stuck his head out and said that they were closing for lunch at 1:30. I said that it wasn't even 1:20 yet and that I wanted to be seen before they went to lunch. He said that I would need to come back after 2pm. So, because of him I will never go back to this location. And, that sucks because Dr.Dunlop is amazing!
At the Moon valley store I got my adjustment and was told it would be $10. I only had nine ones and she said that was fine. That raised a red flag because she also told me that she was a dog sitter and she lives in her car and sleeps in the desert. Long story short as it turns out she pocketed that money. I did get it back after calling corporate and I can't believe she is still working there
Great Staff
Staff was nice and friendly though who did the adjustment was hard to understand with their accent. I am also hoping that my back feels better after sleep because it felt the same when I left an.now it feels worse
