My husband went in for 1 visit has not been back since due to the covid-19 that visit paid in full. They charged our account for a new month of services that has not been used. He is currently laid off due to the covid-19 and explained that to the receptionist that at this time we can not afford to pay $69.00 if we could please have the money refunded to our account. The Joint has a unique approach to keeping their clients on the straight and narrow (Pun intended); by offering a means to afford weekly adjustments that are both affordable and hassle free. It’s easy to sign up and you get 4 visits for $59 a month. This was a blessing for me since one co-pay at other places cost more than that. I rarely wait more than 10 min. If I have to wait at all. The staff is always friendly and you can go to other locations if time and distance is an issue. I REALLY like the Joint Chiroptatic.
Great chiropractors, both care and service.
Had my first visit and received an amazing adjustment. The super cute front desk girl Abi was super nice and informative. she went over all of the options to do and explain how the joint works. I liked it so much that I decided to get on their awesome wellness plan because it would save me so much time and money. the chiropractor that I saw was Dr. Chris he was super nice knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Oulette got in my husbands face when we didn’t understand the scale of pain. She lunged at him. After waiting 45 minutes terrible service. The front office said they are new and don’t know what to do! Don’t go here!
