I bought 6 visits to the San Rafael location for $209 two months ago and paid in full. The San Rafael location is now permanently closed and I've been assigned to the El Cerrito location which is 40 miles away (80 miles, round trip). There's no way that I'm going to drive 80 miles for a Chiropractic visit! I've reached out to the El Cerrito location and was told that The Joint will not give me a refund. I've also emailed The Joint Corp via their website and received no response.
