This was a great team to work for. We found a great apartment through them. Our agent, Gio answered all of our questions, and worked with us in getting a video tour of the apartment since we were moving from far away. This took a lot of stress out of moving.
My husband and I are making a move out of state, and we couldn’t have been more lucky than to meet Gio and the team he’s a part of. He helped us find and secure a wonderful place to make our new home for at least the next year. I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had working with Gio. 10/10.

I couldn’t be happier with the way John Welch and Gio Stella handled the sale of my Parkfairfax condo. They provided excellent advice on readying my home for a smooth sale, followed by great marketing. My home sold after one open house. Parkfairfax is a special neighborhood and holds many memories for me. It was challenging to leave there and move to another state. But John and Gio were wonderful.
