I enjoyed working with Chris. Selling my home and using the John Cook group and having Chris as my agent was as painless as selling a home as much as it could be. I thought they did a good job listing my home and getting traffic out for showing. My home was not on the market very long so they didn’t have to do many different things to promote my home. I appreciate what they did and would recommend them to be someone’s selling agent.
Agent to Agent - I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer on a home she sold for a client in GA while the client was under contract with me in another state. She was excellent at getting the GA home staged and sold! This allowed my buyer to close on her new dream home in Florida. Coordinating two homes in two states with two agents can be challenging.
