Joe Zalabak did a great job. I’ve never had an experience with a realtor like him, he came looked at her house told us exactly the things we needed to fix to get the best price. He would check in with us come see how the work was coming along, and he has contractors who do good work for a good price. As we were moving during the sale, he picked up our mail and gave it to the post office to be forwarded to our new address. I could not have asked for better assistance than I received from Joe Zalabak, from start to finish. He was particularly helpful in finding resources to make repairs and aesthetic upgrades to the house that I wanted done before even advertising the house and then after the home inspection when a list of about eight (8) repairs were requested by the ultimate buyer.
