The Joanne Goneau Team was suggested to me by a family member and there have been no regrets. The team got me set up with the various aspects of home hunting and reviewing, answering all my questions promptly and keeping me informed on the steps before hand and as they came up. The turn around for the condo purchasing was quicker then expected but they kept at it with the ease of well earned experience. Their patience with me and my nervousness of this big event has been a boon.
It was a good experience especially as first time home buyers. Joanne & Jordyn are both knowledgeable and point out so much and explain every detail along the way. Would recommend especially for first time home buyers. Thanks again =)

Our realtor Jordyn was so helpful in the search for our future home. She’s very knowledgeable and helped us with everything, we wouldn’t be in the position that we are in now if it weren’t for her. We told her what we wanted in our future home and she came up with a few different houses that fit our budget and had mostly everything we wanted in a house. We worked with Sarah Kazak over the course of 6 months to find our home and she was an absolute pleasure to work with!
