If you want the best realtor, then you want Michelle McGowen! She is a true professional. She sold our condo in just a few days, above asking price. All of our questions were answered and the process of selling was very smooth. The photos were top notch and organized to appeal to buyers. WARNING...DO NOT list with this realtor unless you prefer working with a used car salesperson. WAY over promise, WAY under deliver. I've done over a dozen transactions in my life and "Roya" was far and away the worst agent I dealt with. Just a bunch of shady advertising, which is what hooked me. They don't bring you legitimate offers in the beginning, like promised. The offers they promise "we will bring 8-12 cash offers on our first visit" were junk and weren't official ones at all.
