Jill and her team are very responsive, walk you through the process patiently and thoroughly, and answer questions in a very direct, easy-to-understand manner. I can't even begin to tell you how many things this team did for us. Above and beyond for sure. From meeting with contractors when we were not able to attend to recommendations for certain services we needed - like house cleaning and lawn care - to finding that nice balance of listening to our concerns and suggestions with their knowledge of the area and market. Jill, Jeannette and their support staff were so wonderful to work with. They were professional, friendly and extremely responsive whenever I contacted them. This was quite a feat as our purchase of a new home was happening throughout the Christmas season. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend doing business with them!
