Jill and her team are very responsive, walk you through the process patiently and thoroughly, and answer questions in a very direct, easy-to-understand manner. I can't even begin to tell you how many things this team did for us. Above and beyond for sure. From meeting with contractors when we were not able to attend to recommendations for certain services we needed - like house cleaning and lawn care - to finding that nice balance of listening to our concerns and suggestions with their knowledge of the area and market. Jill & her team were amazing. They worked with us on a complicated and challenging timeline with lots of changes along the way and were always ready to switch gears and shift priorities as needed. Their knowledge of the local market and buyers' habits was invaluable and got us a quick sale at top price. The team was always available for after hours questions, and really made us feel like a priority. Jill and her team were amazing to work with. Jill was an excellent communicator and advised us on what to do to make our house appeal to potential buyers. She organized and coordinated repairs and kept to a very tight schedule. Her attention to detail was evident in the packaging and photos of our home. She kept us up to date with the sale and created a spreadsheet to help select the most qualified buyer from multiple offers. Highly recommend working with Jill.
