We used Jill to sell our home, but it felt as if she was working for the buyer. She agreed to frivolous requests such as "prove the square footage", and there is a small dent in one aluminum garage door panel so "you have to replace both entire doors". I even had to pull the certificate of occupancy from the county to appease her kowtowing to the buyers.
