I wish I can give 0 stars. This place doesn’t. Care about me . I been waiting for a therapist for months and dealing with anxiety . No phone calls or follow up . It’s sad to see a therapist company not care about their clients . Will be looking for another therapist elsewhere . Thank you for nothing. Very rude and nasty receptionists and coordinators that don’t care about nobody but themselves. They put managers in these high positions but they just want the paycheck and don’t care about people or know what they are doing . ... read more

My experience with this office was very disappointing. The hispanic receptionist was consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. She often seemed forgetful and did not treat clients with the respect they deserve, making interactions frustrating. Unfortunately, the quality of care from both the therapist and psychiatrist was also disappointing. I waited about a month to meet with a psychiatric ( life coach) a month! took a 45 minute bus ride there. When I walked in! young lady simply said ohhhh she called in sick! that's it! another front desk lady screamed rudely YOU should have gotten a text! That's it! I was looking forward all month and preparing for this appointment!
