I can’t say enough good things about The Jewelry Vault! Bianca and Lisa were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of designing a new ring for me! They were beyond patient with me and took the time to really go over every detail and were honest which I so appreciated! They feel like family to me and I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful new ring! Thank you SO much Bianca and Lisa!! I will be back for something sparkly for the next special occasion!
I had an amazing experience purchasing an engagement ring with the Jewelry Vault. My Fiancé and I worked with Bianca and couldn’t be happier with the level of service we received. Bianca was able to help show her many different options to narrow down what she was looking for. I was then able to meet with Bianca myself and she provided me with all of the notes she took from her meeting with my Fiancé. The ring came out perfect and exceeded expectation. We will definitely be going back for our wedding bands.
