I brought a gold necklace I bought in Venice, Italy, because it broke. It was a thick snake like necklace. I paid of $50 to get it fix. You know what the fix was? They just welded several separate links on my necklace together into one solid piece like what the hell? I have never seen anything like that? How would you take a necklace that is comprised of multiple links and weld several links together in the middle of the necklace 🤦♀ instead of simply repairing one broken link? Terrible craftsmanship. This place is amazing ! The woman who works there is a LOVELY kind lady, she’s very patient and she’s very sweet; I brought a very sentimental bracelet gifted to me by my nana (my dad had bought it for her and they have both passed away now so the bracelet means ALOT) she repaired it beautifully it looks like the day it got given to me, she also repaired a bracelet and a necklace from my boyfriend. So everyone beware I bought a new ring today and when I got home found a stone missing so brought it back. the man kept disagreeing with me that it wasn't missing a stone. the woman looked said yes it was. the man put in a new stone and the new stone also fell out as well . so disappointed please check your purchases everybody
