Great Customer Service – I've made three different purchases at this location and each time i've gone the service has been great. Bill Redman was knowledgable and helpful. The prices are fair and there was no presure. there was a large selection and i will def. use this location agian.

Best Jewelry store in the Area!!! – I walked into the store after going to a dozen or so other stores. Robert directed me to his staff and found out what my budget was. They brought me all of the diamonds and settings that were within my budget. They gave me the best diamond I looked at during my whole shopping process for the perfect engagement ring! SUPER, OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH RON AND SHERVIN!!!! – My boyfriend and I decided to go to the jewelry exchange on a saturday at around 2 in the afternoon. . Dishonest and Untrustworthy – Beware! They sell poor-quality jewelry and do not stand behind their warranty. View this like buying jewelry on the street. Better to find a reputable local jeweler.

Their "Upgrade" policy is great!! – Their staff, Ashley in particular, was incredibly helpful! Modeling the earrings, suggesting settings, and not trying to sell too hard. I bought two pair of diamond earrings for my wife, of which she lost one...of each! They honored their upgrade policy and let me trade in each of the remaining earrings for 70% of their original value in order to get (yet) another pair of diamond earrings. I will always shop there just for this!

Very helpful – The people at the Jewelry Exchange have been great both times I've been there. First to purchase my wife's engagement ring and wedding band, then to buy her anniversary ring a month ago. They're all very polite and listened to what I was looking for not what they wanted to sell. Answered all of my questions and had the rings sized in a timely manner.

GREAT DEAL!!!!!!! – Great deal. I found a wonderful ring for my mother there. The sales people were helpful. The ring was so much cheaper then if I went somewhere else!!!!!!!!! My mother is very happy with the ring, and we have since been back several times. I love the value and I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Great Customer Service – I went to several jewelry stores to get help with an unusual request and no one would help. The folks at Jewelry Exchange were extremely friendly and more than happy to help me out. I would recommend them to anyone that expects a higher level of customer service over other jewelers.

Great Prices! – I decided to visit the jewelry exchange after seeing their commercials all the time. I had been looking for the perfect ring for a while, but my budget didn't seem to be enough anywhere i went. When i walked into the jewelry exchange i was greeted by a nice sales person who showed me exactly what i was looking for, with a much smaller price tag than all the other stores i'd been to. I absolutely love my ring and would recommend anyone looking for a great deal to check it out.
