Words cannot describe how I feel about this jewelry store… first time I visited was to sell some scrap gold and David offered me a great price for them and ever since then, every couple of months I end up here to get my watches serviced and almost every time I see a unique piece that I have to own. Long story short, I stop by here every-time I’m in the area because they are like family at this point! 😁
Their supplier of watch bands was unusually delayed. The owner took it upon himself to bring us the watch and refused to accept payment: truly exceptional in 2026.
I have been a customer for many years and always been pleased with their repair work and jewelry creations. I have also sent friends to him who have been equally as happy. The owner is a very kind person. I would highly recommend!
My husband and I have tried to contact David about two rings that were delivered late (no correspondence with us that they would not meet the agreed deadline) and then when we talked about our dissatisfaction in the service, David agreed for us to send the bill. The rings that were received had marks on the metal, uneven prongs, and baskets that were entirely too large for the diamond sizes. I can't express how disappointed I'm in this place. I went to The Jewelry Design Co for the repair of 2 engagement rings as well as setting 2 stones on them. Despite what the reviews may have you think, there are only a few places (in general) where I've experienced such void empathy for another person. That says a lot given that I'm easy to please because I'm, by default, grateful and a happy person.
