My engagement ring had a major flaw, the main diamond sat high with supports that were not up to use. I broke one of the supports it got caught on a basket. The Jeweller Co came up with a brilliant solution to redesign the ring with a new gold arm, that fully supports the main diamond. So thrilled with this new design with outstanding craftsmanship, it looks like it was meant to be this way. Thank you, I'm sure I would have eventually lost the diamond without this redesign.
