Very good place to do business with nice people
Took my wife’s ring to be repaired after Joseph’s in Des Moines botched it. Very happy with results. She even thought it was a new band.
My husband and I went to Kay's to have one of my rings 6 month check. They offered to check my other rings not purchased there. We were surprised to hear those rings needed to be repaired ASAP! Well we felt like something just wasn't right. They really pressured us to send them in at the price of $800.00. We didn't cave to the pressure. On the way to our car I told my husband I'm going to the Jewelers Bench! Mitch checked my rings and just one prong was slightly bent. He fixed it on the spot.
