Beautiful jewelry, elegantly designed. Customer service is prefect. I feel like I'm part of the family because I'm greeted so warmly. Everyone not only knows my name, but really knows me, knows what I'll love and makes me comfortable the whole time I'm in the store. The gem round tables are a wonderful experience seeing and actually handling fabulous gems.
This store services are very limited. Staff with no experience. They send out for basic repair estimates , send to other jeweler to have your jewelry rhodium plated, they don't change watch batteries or take in watch repairs. they don't do appraisals on your jewelry for insurance unless you are one of their top existing customers? Go to Carla or Mosoir Jewelers
