Excellent Hotel Great Location. Very comfortable Very clean although right in the city was very quiet. Would highly recommend a terrace room it was amazing.
First time staying here. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and everything exceeded my expectations. The guests services manager Elizabeth is wonderful! The area is also terrific!
Très bon hôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de manhattan. Possibilité d’avoir une chambre spacieuse équipée de matériels de cuisine. Personnel agréable et très professionnel avec en prime le ménage réalisé quotidiennement. Je recommande fortement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour à new-york.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire Jewel Hotel team for the warm welcome and attentive service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Manhattan, and made our stay in New York even more special. The room was a bit small and dark, but perfectly clean and well taken care of, which we truly appreciated. The comfort, calm, and kindness we experienced here felt like a haven in the middle of the city that never sleeps. We leave with unforgettable memories of New York
Great space - everyone is really really kind. The free laundry, free filtered water bottles, the lounge room. Very convenient location especially if it’s your first time in New York. The rooms are overall very good, I wanted to give 4.5 - only because there were a couple places in the room that hadn’t been cleaned in a while (back of the door, the window sills, the headboard had some dust on the top)… but nothing that affected my stay whatsoever - so minor. Anyways, really liked the place!
