Small hotel in a great Manhattan location. Easy walk on 5th Avenue to Tiffany's, Cental Park, Rockefeller Center, restaurants and shopping. Hotel is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful stay and amazing staff. Everyone no exception was friendly and very professional. We stayed a week with our 5 year old daughter that loved to high five the staff every morning! Our room was very clean and spacious with a sofa bed and a large office desk. The 2nd floor has a lounge area and a coffee machine, very quiet for work early morning. Exceptional Service in the Heart of Manhattan I had a fantastic stay at The Jewel Hotel. The front-office team—Jesse, Sean, and Crystal—were exceptional. Check-in was completely frictionless and took barely two minutes. Their hospitality, warmth, and professionalism were among the best I have experienced.
