Everything is 5 stars at the palce and the views are incredible
My partner and I discovered The Jetty last week as we were walking around Front Street, and I decided that it was the cutest place and I wanted to give it a try after I finished the burning river marathon on Saturday! Unfortunately, the food was truly a 1 star to none star experience for all of us. I didn't realize until I was most of the way through my burger, but it was concerningly pink and discolored throughout, so I did not finish it (it may have reached temp inside to be fair, the color was just a huge turn off for me)... read more
I never leave reviews, but felt a need to after tonight. We come here once a year after tubing on the river. Sitting along the river with a view of the falls is nice, but it doesn't make up for the experience. Last year, some people in our group just never got their food, even after asking multiple times. We took our chances with ordering food this year, mostly because we were really hungry and the grilled ribs smelled good. We were told food was taking 25 minutes. Not even close. Closed at 8pm on a Thursday for "no customers." We passed several people going there as we walked back to our room. They are only open from 4p to 10p and only Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat. Very disappointing! You had paying customers standing in front of you. Oh and perfect weather too! However, Emily at Beaus on the River is an excellent manager! Thanks!
