Jennifer & her team did a great job finding my family our first home. Me and my wife looked at many homes over the course of a few months with no luck. We changed up our agent to Aaron and we had an offer accepted within the first 2 weeks! He was able to negotiate a 4.5% rate for us wich is much lower than other properties we were looking at, which was a huge plus for us. He was avaiable and comunicative throughout the entire process and we were able to close within a month of making our offer. We would highly recomend Aaron to anyone looking for a realtor!
