Mike Doty was the perfect realtor for us as first time homebuyers. He made himself available constantly for all of our questions, I honestly don't think I ever went more than hour without getting a response. He definitely has his finger on the pulse of the local market, he was able to guide us towards a winning bid on the perfect house right out of the gate. We met Mike for the first time on a Friday, and we had an accepted offer the next Tuesday! That's a miracle in this market and it's all down to Mike. Thank you!
