Unhelpful and standoffish staff (most but not all). Unpleasant interactions and not happy with how they dealt with my questions and concerns I had about a vehicle I was interested in. When I decided not to move forward with a car, Kat stopped making eye contact with me, and got quite upset/disgruntled - it was awkward and unpleasant. Be more friendly and straight forward :)
