Purchased a jeep there a month ago, presale process was smooth and efficient. Vehicle had a few very minor cosmetic issues the salesman said they will take care of after the sale and parts come in. Post sale there was ZERO follow up. I had to call 4 times to ask for updates and eventually got scheduled. After the first appointment the issues didn’t get fixed because of miscommunication between sales and parts team. Purchased my dream car from this dealership in 2024, and I have zero complaints about that. However, I have been getting bombarded with texts and now mail, hounding me to sell my dream car to a Michel "Lefty" Lefthand. I have had to block several numbers to stop the texts. The mail I received has the incorrect address on it, yet still managed to get to me. I am not interested in selling my car, and would like to enjoy owning it in peace. Cease and desist with the "aggressive offers." Crikey!!
