Update: I want to provide an update to my earlier experience. After escalation, Jay from the sales department stepped in, reviewed the situation, and made sure it was handled appropriately. Once management became involved, the communication and documentation issues I experienced were acknowledged, and the situation was corrected. Jay was professional, responsive, and took ownership of making sure this was resolved properly. This will be my third time returning my wifes 2019 Jeep Cherokee Altitude. Oct 2025 we took it in for the check engine light blinking and remaining on. Auto start wouldnt work. Whiye smoke out of exhaust. Antifreeze mixed with oil. Diagnostic: Blown number 4 head. Got it back after supposedly being fix and engine light was still on. Week later, same issue and we had to return it. This time Diagnostic was: Bad oil pump. Supposely fixed, no check engine light. Ran fine. I brought my 2014 grand Cherokee Summit in because I was having a challenge with the air suspension after paying $100 for a diagnostic. Their mechanic came back to tell me that we needed $4200 worth of work. They wanted to Replace an air valve lock and an air compressor for the air suspension. I took my vehicle to a local shop where they repaired the air suspension by replacing two hoses that ran from the compressor to the front shocks. All for a cost of $443. I only left the one star rating, cause I couldn’t put a zero this dealership and service center is possibly the worst in the country. They never answer the phone. They take very extended periods to repair the cars and this particular dealership will not give you a loaner car even if it’s a warrantable Repair that’s beyond your control. If you don’t get your vehicle from them completely terrible customer service I would never advise even if you live locally to go to this dealership or to have your Car Service at this dealersh... read more
