I had a great experience at this medical spa. Nina was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The whole visit felt professional, relaxed and well organised. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience and felt very well looked after from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly at a professional level, including the procedure itself and post-treatment care. The numbing and sanitising were done very carefully, and the procedure was comfortable with no bruising, redness, or unexpected pain. The clinic is clean, tidy, and very welcoming. I was even able to take video calls the next day without any issues. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone.
Nina is sheer professional! Listened to what I wanted, provided reassurance and gentle advice, and worked her magic! She knows her craft and is highly experienced. I have tried others with less experience and not genuine with their advice. I would not go anywhere else now. Could not recommend her enough!!
