My family too has been scammed by Jayson Oil. We had issues with a faulty tank and they requested to replace unit and then when my family priced out the services, for removal and a new tank they gave an outrageous price and tried to blackmail us by saying, "we will waive charges if you use us for replacement tank." This was after racking up bogus billing charges when we had an annual service agreement that guaranteed us from such charges. Do not use Jayson, run from them.
This company customer service as well as resolution to a dispute is terrible. My furnace /air conditioning unit was purchased through them, six months after the purchase I has an issue with the A/C, their tech informed me the unit was impropoerly sized , which was the cause for air not cooling my home properly. Now the motor on the furnace has failed, within a 4 yr period is absurd. A furnace .. brand new should not have any issues with a motor for at least 7- 10 yrs ... i contacted them to have a tech look at the issue bein... read more
