Do not use this company. They were contracted thru ****** to replace our garage door. They failed to identify and separately contract with us to replace the track. During the install they were angry and fighting with each other the entire time, throwing materials, peeing in our landscaping and one of them intentionally clogged our powder room toilet which resulting in our basement flooding, which had to be remediated at a cost of over $2000. I would give no stars if this was an option. We purchased our garage doors from Jaydor through Costco. I recently damaged the bottom panel of the door by backing into it before the door was fully opened. Clearly my mistake. A Jaydor technician, Jay, came and, using a hammer, banged out the bottom panel so that the door would close. The technician gave me my receipt for the $98 for this and on the receipt it clearly shows that one panel needed to be replaced. Long story short is hired jaydor to fix my gate. all other gate companies told me that gate could not be fixed except jaydor which was recommended to me by my landscaper. because they came recommended i trusted their judgement and jaydor did guarantee that the gate would be fixed once they repaired it. The final price was of course higher than the estimate.
