I can't speak for the issues that I have read on the reviews, but I can speak for me. It's almost like when people tell you something about somebody else, but you didn't witness or see it, you judge the person on what YOU know and witnessed. I've seen the pictures and maybe that's something they are working on. However, at this point, I did the tour and didn't see anything. People experiences are different. Been living here for a couple months, I absolutely love it here and one of the many fascinating things about this place is that it’s across the street from a beautiful lake with great restaurants. TBH And also how close it is to everything. To me every apartment complex will have its pros and cons but this place takes the win for me. I don’t regret my decision. This has been one of the most poorly managed apartment communities I’ve ever experienced. Management is consistently dismissive, and concerns are brushed off with “that’s just how our system is,” leaving tenants feeling unheard and taken advantage of. This apartment building is a scam. They hook you with these “deals” and they don’t keep consistent with having their tenants concerns fulfilled, they don’t upkeep, nor clean or upgrade this apartment. For more than 6 months, the doors were open and unlocked to anyone. The gate to your vehicle is always open or broken or falling on tenants cars causing damage. They have no way of controlling their unlawful and disruptive tenants and have no care about the concerns of the tenants. There are hidden fees within the rent agreemen... read more
Vanice was an absolute gem! She handled the front office by herself and was a rockstar. She is genuinely a kind soul and excellent at what she does. These reviews are scary though, which makes me extremely hesitant to apply. The model unit was gorgeous but I was skeptical because the bathtub had rust on the faucet and the sink handle was simply glued on. Everything else seemed nice though.
