Absolutely not. Stay away and listen to the reviews. Rats in the garage, roaches in the hallways that then get into your apartment, loud cars all the time startling your baby trying to sleep, dirty apartment when you get it (including literal #2 stains in the toilets), the smell of ganja all the time, maintenance never finishing anything (had mold from the AC unit that was there before we moved in hence the water stains on the base molding), and the audacity to charge almost $200 in fees. Property is beautiful. The day of my tour the elevator was broken, reviews stated this is a common occurrence. On my tour, a resident was doing hair on a client as her business in a common area, kind of trashy and against the lease to run a business from home. Aside from that and the reviews of unclean halls, vehicle break ins and potential flooding, I still applied. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. The assistant manager, Kemi Curl, has been kind, responsive, and professional throughout — she even went as far as providing me with a spare tire when the property’s malfunctioning gate damaged my car. She consistently goes above and beyond, and truly deserves to be the one running this community. This is such a beautiful property. Very quiet. I love the parking garage and that there is elevator access. My friend has an apartment there and all the entrance doors are inside. Major plus for the heat. There is a beautiful park nearby. Also the price for the amenities is stellar. More affordable than the other places nearby.
