Reaks of weed and unkempt for the price.
Currently live here and honestly cannot wait for our lease to be over. Like previously stated the walls are paper thin and while some amount of noise is expected as it’s an apartment building, my next door neighbors moved out a few days ago and every morning Ive been hearing maintenance talking super loud next door while they fix what they need to, my upstairs neighbors literally STOMP day and NIGHT, I have to bang on the wall for them to quiet down, children RUN AND SCREAM down the halls and parents don’t stop them. My husband and i are moving into tese apartments soon and we're so excited! The building is beautiful and the people are the office were so sweet and helpful! We were helped by Kemi, shes awesome !
Management is very poor and extends above local office personnel to regional manager at least. Unresponsive and prejudicial. Phone seldom answered and security of property and cleanliness lapses. Leaving after 4 years! UPDATE AFTER "OWNER" RESPONSE: Seeing the response from the jaxon, there were NO attempts made to resolve any noise problems- which were extreme coming from a large child upstairs. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! The Jaxon Apartments are a complete scam, and their management is the worst I have ever encountered. * They provided a lease with multiple errors, admitted their mistakes, and STILL tried to force me to pay incorrect rent amounts. * The rent amount in my portal does not even match what they are trying to charge me on a Notice to Vacate! * When I called them out on their shady business practices, they retaliated by trying to evict me-without a valid lease on file! * They ignore emails, lie about c... read more
