Hank did a walk-and-talk inspection of home purchase for us. He was very calm and friendly, and took his time explaining all of his findings and how to fix them. Also appreciate referrals for local contractors. Great price, punctual, and was able to work us into his schedule on short notice. Would definitely use again!

I am a house flipper and have been using Jardine appraisal service for more than 15 years. They tell me whats important and options for solving. Very knowledgeable.
I would not recommend them. For the price they charge there are other home inspectors that would do a better job. I wish that I could give negative stars. Here is why: Hank starts off by telling you how good of a job that they do and how satisfied you will be by the time that they are done. Well not in my case, him and his son will tell you all the things that they find wrong but won't put into the report. It took me 3 times reaching out to Hank to get a complete report. Hank & Matthew were the greatest. We hired them to do a inspection on a house we are purchasing. They were very thorough and knowledgeable with the inspection. Having two Inspectors who double checked each other was more than we could ask for. They were very informative and willing to answer any of our questions pertaining to what we didn't understand. My wife and I are so glad we went with them.
