We had a great experience working with Janel Morgan and her team to sell our home and buy a new one. Janel was always available to answer questions, and even helped us get moving boxes—going above and beyond! She was incredibly family-friendly and made sure our kids felt included throughout the process. Alex was also a huge help during showings, offering honest feedback on each property’s condition and features. We truly felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Janel is very friendly. She knows her stuff. Our house sold within six days. We had a showing the very first day that she put it online. She has a wonderful professional team that comes out and helps you to know how to stage your home. Professional photographer comes to take pictures. And she comes out to complete the paperwork with you and if you have any Questions she gets back to you right away. I would highly recommend her!!!
If you are looking for someone who really cares Janel and her team are for you! Janel went well above and beyond for our family. She and her team were ready and willing to do what ever they could to help guide us through the selling of my mother's house. We will be forever grateful! I would give her 10 stars if I could!
We worked with Janel to both buy a house and to sell a house and she was wonderful to work with! Janel is very knowledgeable about the local market and about real estate laws and policies.
