This company has the worst and most impersonal customer service practices known to businesses of this nature. They NEVER answer their phone or return messages. Do not bother calling the listed number on their site. They do not communicate verbally with tenants or potential tenants and do not respond in a timely manner to questions or concerns. Unfortunately, the BBB currently allows people to write just about anything in a review without any burden of proof. The Jander Group strictly follows all Fair Housing Laws. I bought five homes in the Memphis area over ten years ago. The Jander Group acted as my rental agent on all five and did a wonderful job. I never had to handle any problems, they only got good credit tenants, and kept all problems away from me. I just sold the last of the five and would recommend Jander to anyone with rental properties.

I rented a home through Jander Group from July 2015 to February 2017 while I lived in Tennessee and I was always pleased with their responsiveness. Andrew was very helpful when I first contacted Jander Group about viewing one of their homes. When I submitted an application to lease a home, Andrew stayed in constant contact with me on how things were going.
