Overall it was fine - nursing staff were friendly and extremely nice. I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen, which they did apologize for.
The Pickerington location is very easy access from Refuge Road. The receptionist is kind to everyone and very helpful. The technologist whose name begins with an M was absolutely the very best tech I have ever encountered. She explained and directed me to the positions for imaging without being demanding or pushing. She simply stated where I needed to be. It was the very best of everything. Thank you. There are no photos.
I encountered two women. The receptionist was very polite and helpful she filled out all the information I gave her. I tired preregistration but it would not take any of my information after entering my birthday. So the receptionist was very helpful with the questionnaire. The nurse doing the procedure was very polite and clear on her directions giving gentle touches to direct accordingly on where to stand, put your hands and head position. I felt very comfortable with her. She was very professional and courteous.
It nice to be treated so gentle and kind. And no pain at all like the older smash machines. The staff was such a joy and quick. 15 minutes in and out. Thank you!
I love this location. They are always friendly, on time and quick.
