James Embry’s team was amazing! They took the time to get to know my situation and my goals so they could pair me up with the perfect realtor on their team. That realtor was Sam Deffenbaugh. She went above and beyond from start to finish. Examples include showing me homes via Zoom because I could not take time off from work, and we had to act fast to avoid a potential competing offer. Everyone was extremely helpful. Samantha was quick to respond when needed and able to work well in a tight time frame. She even stayed up past midnight on the night I flew in to make sure to finalize our timeline to see houses based on when my plane arrived. She and Catherine did amazing to keep me informed of everything and gave me peace of mind as I was moving out of state. Highly recommended this team.
