Just wanted to say thank you to Bria for being so gracious and friendly this afternoon. I stopped by without an appointment, but Bria stopped what she was doing and helped me right away. I toured the property and found both the apartment interior and community amenities to be first class. Definitely a community my wife and I will consider once our lease is up next year. Thank you Bria!
Nothing but good things to be said about the James staff. The price you are paying is definitely what you are getting. If we needed something fixed, they got it done quickly. If we had questions they answered! The placement of the James is very convenient as well. Right on the border of Rocklin and Roseville. It's very safe as well. The only noise I can really complain about is when they're doing work in the morning on the grounds (which is usually around 8) so be weary of this. I personally do not recommend these apartments. The units are super small (and hot!), the office does not have consistent work hours and is super unorganized. When I moved in, my apartment had dog hair all around the patio and washer/dryer and garbage was left by the maintenance folks. Often times no one is in the office and you don't even know if they're coming back. They leave early or the office is just closed with no signage anywhere.
