I recently toured The James Apartments with Shayla, and I had a wonderful experience. I immediately appreciated the gated community and how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. One thing that really stood out was the parking—there is plenty of space for both residents and guests, and I had no trouble finding a spot at all. The Units and Grounds are well taken care of. The stove is beautiful! On site staff is friendly and hard working. The Washer and Dryer out on the balcony storage is weird. I can just think of myself in my boxers chitchatting with my neighbors on a Sunday evening while doing laundry… yea, no I can’t!!! *when showing a potential resident you should highlight how the Nest Thermostat and Ring Doorbell can add more comfort and sense of safety to their lives.
