The people in the leasing office are the worst. I asked for a revised form for our reserved parking that we pay extra for and they responded they couldn't provide that because then they would have to provide that to everyone else. Not sure what kind of answer that was, they should be correcting this. I've lived in these apartments for years and they've always tried to over charge us and if you don't refer them to their own contact they don't know what they're doing or saying.
I love this community
It's not worth it. No closet storage. The sliding door closet in the bedroom gets off the rails every time you slide. You can't leave anything in your patio other than plants and a chair. My car was towed, and I paid $481 (cash otherwise using debit they charged 15%)3 hours after my car was impounded. Basically, you can't do anything once you are inside the gates. Just recently moved in and love living here the gym is a good size and always clean. The pool is amazing with the fire place. And the dog park in the back of the property is great for my dog. Also the residents are super kind and friendly. I highly recommend living here. The Management team was super helpful with my move in and help me find the perfect apartment.
I came across the James Apartments when searching online. I was submitting applications pretty much everywhere just to get denied until I received a call from Ms. Erika at the James Apartments. I explained my urgent situation and she took over!! With her dedication to help and her resources I was approved within a day or two. Once I moved in I was shocked how quiet and well maintained The neighbors are helpful and friendly.
