My sister and I ordered beef fajitas. When our order finally arrived, the fajitas were so bad that we couldn't eat them. The meat looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the chips were tough and chewy. Fajita Steak is to "DIE FOR", so tasty and fork cutting tender. The JOHN WAYNE dinner is best of the rest, by far... manager Knycie ("knee c") knows how to run a top notch restaurant, from a 77 yr old guy who has tried many...
Not impressed at all. Food order was messed up 3 different times on same visit. If you want good Mexican food in Henderson I have one suggestion for you, Francisco's. The food is really good & reasonably priced. For the $$$ Jalapeno Tree charges, they should be far more upscale in their food prep & presentation than they are.
Just aweful. Food was cold n blane my husband n I have eaten at other Jalapeño Tree locations but this was by far the worst customer service was aweful. This location need to go back to the drawing board. Would not recommend this location.
the food is always great but the service needs improvment... let me first say that the actual waitstaff is wonderful, but the hostesses and who ever answers the phone is very rude. also i had the same problem with asking about the banquet room and even with all of guests 9well over 30 of them) eating there, i also got brushed off.
I can accept the bland taste & so-so quality of their food, but our last visit was a real eye opener! My beef enchilada had some sort of a plastic strip in it that could have easily caused a person to choke. It was about 3" long & about the diameter of a toothpick. I was lucky, I saw it before putting it in my mouth. I showed it to our waitress & she said it was a piece from one of their pot scrubbers. The food is pretty good, but the service is amazing. Honestly, the wait staff was friendly and attentive, I never saw the bottom of my drinks (Coke as well as water). I will continue to patronize this restaurant whenever I can.
Very disappointed to read that you advertise a banquet room yet do not want to reserve it because you are so busy. I understand that you are busy and need the space but you are falsely advertising! Very disappointed and you were rude therefore you do not need my little bit of business.
Typical Tex Mex, a bit too salty for my taste.
