I started working at the jalapeno tree on 04/28/2015, and would do anything they asked and then some. On 08/03/2015 in moved in with my manager and we were under investigation in a matter of days. They ended up moving my manager to the Canton location not too long after that. We had to keep our relationship a secret because both of our jobs were on the line. This is the worst excuse for a Mexican food restaurant I have ever eaten at. We live nearby. We ordered the taco soup, it was some kind of soup mix they outed over some broke up tortilla chips, it had no meat( usually it's got chicken in it). The soup was Luke warm and had nothing but some freeze dried vegetables maybe a 1/4 cup . It was not fit for a dog to eat. My sister and I ordered beef fajitas. When our order finally arrived, the fajitas were so bad that we couldn't eat them. The meat looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the chips were tough and chewy. The manager offered to bring us some more nachos, but we didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes. Even though we didn't eat the food we were given the ticket for the full price. the food is always great but the service needs improvment... let me first say that the actual waitstaff is wonderful, but the hostesses and who ever answers the phone is very rude. also i had the same problem with asking about the banquet room and even with all of guests 9well over 30 of them) eating there, i also got brushed off.
Very disappointed to read that you advertise a banquet room yet do not want to reserve it because you are so busy. I understand that you are busy and need the space but you are falsely advertising! Very disappointed and you were rude therefore you do not need my little bit of business.
