I highly recommend The Jacobs Company for any insurance needs. My company has used them for 5 years now and have had the best experience. Scott, Val and Brianna are very professional and so quick to respond to our everyday needs. Edited to be more objective and succinct, and to reply to owner: Their agent, Bryan Jones, cold-called my business to make an appointment to review my insurance policies. I agreed to meet with him, even though I try to avoid gratifying cold-callers. On the morning of our meeting, Bryan sent two texts and called once trying to confirm the meeting, but my phone was on silent so I missed his communications. The Jacobs Company has been insuring my renovation company for many years. They frequently review my needs for coverage, make adjustments, follow up with responses quickly, and are great with assisting in audits. Highly recommend.
Poor communication with our business insurance policies. My agent was hard to contact. He rated us incorrectly to get reduced premiums. Now that we have changed agents we are paying for their mess. I’m getting slammed with extra charges from yearly audits. Very shady. The office staff was helpful sending out certificates, but that’s the only compliment I have. If you use them just be sure the coverage is legit.
Their insurance knowledge has saved us a fortune over the years. Great partner to our firm
