The Irish pub is very good and Chicago Pizza was ok. Most of the site is dated and empty.
I always have an awesome time when I visit Jacksonville and The Landing.
Lived here for 5 years and as much as we like to go to The Landing there just isn't much there...music is good sometimes...some of the food is good but truthfully just needs more all the way around...needs a major major overhaul!!!
If you're down for treasures to be found..this is the right place.. come with an open mind and enjoy the experience.. freshly made doughnuts..and fresh baked cookies.. tatoos..ladies and sports boutiques..and home of Adrian Pickett's art gallery and New2U Booknuk ���. Fabulous!
The landing is a great place to spend a night drinking and listening to live music. Rock on the river happens once a year as well and that's a free bloody concert!
Unless you are looking for a bar or something quick to eat. It doesn't have a lot to offer. No real shops or sit down restaurant. The view is beautiful and it has lots of potential hopefully it can be the place it once was.
It's nice to walk around I guess. Upstairs the food court is not to good. Expensive and nasty . Cold chicken and rude workers.
I enjoyed the live music lastnight. Sweet tea, was awesome.
The Landing is such an asset to this beautiful City...........no matter what time of year! So happy to live so close!
