Great organization. Has a good plan and progression for me. Always asking and listening about what is working for me (feeling in the right muscles) and what is not working for me, especially always asking to make sure the work is not causing pain (vs muscle burn). Definitely recommend!!
Initially seen twice a week for 16 weeks for strengthening and mobility in my wrist and elbow, following a fall. I like having the home exercise program to do in between visits. Very happy with treatment which included dry needling, as my pain decreased, range of motion imcreased, and bone density improved as well! An additional 2 months followed after an ankle injury. Charged me the full amount + 50 dollars even though schools were closed and I had to watch my kids due to snow. Said it was a late cancelation policy, they will probably reply as they have in other reviews and say it’s the policy. Well it’s a bad policy, where not only did I get charged 150, I also got another 50 on top of that. Should people be punished for acts of god?
