The facility is very clean and it’s easy to get an appointment, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I think part of the reason it’s so easy to book is that the care isn’t as hands-on or effective as other physical therapy offices in the area. The setup feels more like an open gym where you’re largely left to do exercises on your own, and I didn’t notice much improvement over time (though thankfully nothing got worse either). Very knowledgeable and personable staff. The whole staff is super friendly. They really care about each and every patient.
Everyone was enthusiastic and had a sense of humor. And the exercise people frequently kept an eye on you to make sure you were doing things right. I felt some of the measuring techniques on the tests were weak. I would have liked a greater variety. But loved everyone there.
Great staff. Easy scheduling. 90 minute sessions a plus.
