I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr Bryan Borgfeld. He recently performed surgery to remove skin cancer, and from start to finish the care was exceptional. Dr Borgfeld was thorough, skilled, and compationate, making me feel completely at ease during a stressful time. Filing a quality of care complaint against this place. i have had issue after issue getting my prescription PA completed in a timely manner. They keep claiming my insurance won’t cover it, so they let it sit for 2 weeks, then after my insurance called repeatedly they sent it in without the proper documentation so it got denied. Next they won’t appeal until the denial letter is there, get the denial letter and now they claim they don’t have the documentation because they haven’t seen me to send the info needed, Now I have bee... read more
