Today, I found myself at the Jackson clinic, seeking help for an infection that arose from antibiotics. As I approached the front desk, the woman there greeted me warmly, but then a lady from behind her coldly informed me that they were no longer accepting patients and that no one could be seen after 5:30. My name is Stephanie Johnson. This is my second review for this company. The hiring manager needs to be commended for hiring much kind, empathetic people to work at this facility. I had about 20 x-rays today and the x-ray tech named Stevie was an absolute joy. Her demeanor and attitude made getting all those x-rays a pleasant experience.
First time client, everyone was wonder, front desk employee Monica was extremely nice, very patient, Nurse practitioner Shelly very professional, the staff was great!
