I lived here for a over a year. My family loved it. We stayed in the townhome side. The complex is very clean and kept up. It’s very beautiful outside. Inside is very nice and renovated. Management was very helpful with move in, move out, and everything in between. Maintenance is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
Parking is terrible and there is a clear drug and gang problem nearby. Apt. Facilities are fine and apartments that i have been are updated but very small.
Huge shout out to Miguel and Jen for fixing our washer. We live in the townhomes and our in unit washer went out. Miguel and Jen quickly came in and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the problem required for some parts to be ordered so we were going to be out of a washer for a few days. They were so kind to let us use a vacant unit to do any laundry we needed instead of having to haul our stuff to the laundry rooms on the apartment side.
