This hotel is a fraud- from misrepresentation to out of service phone numbers and ZERO response to emails. They advertise all of these incredible amenities which, you pay full price for and upon arrival they say sorry- we can’t manage to staff our hotel properly and then when you try to get a price adjustment since none of the amenities you booked and paid for are available you can’t reach anyone.
