My experience with Ivy Showroom was amazing. Lavon was a pleasure to work with. His whole demeanor and attitude throughout the appointment was lively, professional, and down to earth. Many of the dresses I tried on had a corset. Lavon took his time and laced me up into each dress I tried on so that I could see exactly how it would look. He did not rush the process or me. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have. I went to get a dress for a wedding. They gave me a date to pick my dress up and when I got there my dress was filthy. There were spots on the dress that the cleaners could not remove. It was three days before the wedding and I had to go out and purchase a dress to wear from Saks because Ivy Showroom did not deliver or keep their word with the dress I paid to rent. They also did not give me a refund. 0/10. Would not recommend.
Malik is absolutely amazing! The clothes are beautiful and Malik really took his time to help me try on different items. This was the first time that I visited and it will not be the last. Thank you Malik!
