The last 2 years have been a disaster with elevators are always out, the elevator dropped 9 floors with a resident inside after we all complained about the extreme loud noises. They didn't do anything about until it was dropped 9 floors. Now both elevators are out only 1 freight elevator is working for over 500 residents.
