The best building ever !!! I love it !!!!! Safe and beautiful as well.
We bought at The Ivy in 2014, best decision ever!! We are in the middle of everything yet, we are not in the traffic infested Brickell Ave or the not yet completely developed, Downtown. We are right next to the HWY; and walking distance from the beautiful Brickell City Center. We are the only Fully Security entrance to the community in the area, and I love our many amenities and the Management who is constantly on top of things...I live where others vacation...that is what life is all about!!

Well, I work in the same building of the Ivy Building. I love it, here. It feels safe and I love the smell when you entered any of the apartment building. I just wish, that I could rented an apartment here & live this fabulous life of City of Brickell.

Can't wait to enjoy living in my new condo:) So beautiful! I looked at probably 20 properties in the Miami area before I checked out the IVY! Great amenities , perfect location .. walk anywhere and everywhere from restaurants to nightlife or take a two blocks walk to the new Brickell City Centre for all of your shopping needs. City living at its best �
